Arrowhead Stadium has been awesome and agreed to allow The Color Run to open additional spots for the races Saturday June 30th AND Sunday July 1st! We are super excited to include more participants, more color, and more fun to an amazing weekend in Kansas City!!
The option to transfer from one day to the other WILL be available. In order to do this….you will have to send us at email at info@thecolorrun.com with nothing but KC TRANSFER in the subject line. In the body of the email put the name and DOB of the runner that wants to transfer and the date that they want to transfer to…..and as long as spots are still available that day, we’ll take care of the rest!
WELCOME TO THE KANSAS CITY COLOR RUN!
The annual Color Run will take place in Kansas City on June 30th and July 1st of 2012 at Arrowhead Stadium. The only question is “Are you ready for the craziest, colorful, 5k of your life?” You bet you are. Race it solo or form a “color team” of 4+ members. Check out the race details below & we’ll see you all squeaky clean at the start line.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Color Run is a one of a kind experience that is less about speed and more about enjoying a color crazy day with your friends and family. For our events, it is all about participants of all different speeds, ages, shapes, and sizes toeing the start line. Whether you are a casual morning mall walker or an Olympic athlete, the 3 miles of the Color Run course will be the most enjoyable real estate you’ve traveled in a VERY long time. RACE RULES
Rule #1 All participants are welcome… fast, slow, runner, walker, old, and young.
Rule #2 White shirt dress code at the official start line and ready to roll no later than 9am sharp!
Rule #3 Completely colored Willy Wonka goodness at the finish.

Why haven’t you registered yet? Well, this question is something only you can answer through deep soul searching. Maybe you don’t like fun? maybe you have an irrational fear of color? Either way, in our expert opinion we think you are plain LOCO if you don’t give this a shot!
