Charity Highlight

We love chucking paint and making people smile, but we also think it is important to give back. As a for profit company, we are excited we have the opportunity to partner with charities and help shine a light on their extraordinary work within society.

We are thrilled to be working with Equi-Librium Therapy Center.

Previously operating as Therapeutic Riding of the Ozarks,
Equi-Librium Therapy Center, was established in 1995.   In 2012,
Equi-Librium Therapy Center (ETC) established it’s own 501(3)(c) non-
profit organization and we are happy to say “the sky is the limit!”
Equi-Librium Therapy Center is a Premier Accredited Center through
the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International
(PATH. Int’l) and a member of the American Hippotherapy Association
(AHA).  Equine-assisted therapies use the natural movement of a horse to
strengthen muscles & increase body awareness, muscle coordination,
communication, and self-confidence.
Equi-Librium Therapy Center offers therapy services year-round in
collaboration with Missouri State University, Burrell Behavior Health
(CSTAR), Springfield Greene County Parks and Recreation (Northview
Center), and assistance from 200+ trained volunteers.   We gratefully
acknowledge the support given to this program by those in the Missouri
State University agriculture department, especially Sue Webb.  Thank you
to Missouri State University’s Physical Therapy Department led by
Jeanne Cook, the CSD-Speech Pathology Department led by Dr. Lisa
Proctor, the Nursing Department led by Dr. Lucretia Smith, and the
Citizenship and Service Learning Department led by Katherine Nordyke,
along with their students for their continuous support of ETC. We also
thank Sally Gibson with Burrell Behavioral Health C-STAR group, Cyrus
Taylor with the Northview Center (SGCPB), Abilities First, and
Developmental Connections of Taney County for their continued support.
